When Eco-friendliness Bombers Furniture
What furniture means to the environment might be a disaster as thousands of trees might have to be cut down as to make a few chairs or tables. However, Less more, a furniture brand created by the Italian architect, Giorgio Caporaso twists this concept.
He does not only innovatively use recyclable and recycled cardboard to build his furniture, bu the also bands the cardboards in shape that no one has tried before. In people’smind, cardboard is always square and stiff but he soften the lines with different kinds with shapes.
Apartfrom being eco-friendly, these furniture is also very user-friendly. Having considered the freshness people are seeking, they make the furniture easily and deliberately removable so that people can rearrange them according to their flavor.
To further shorten the distance between the furniture and the nature, Giorgio combine his artwork with other natural materials such as wood, stone and lichens. This fuses sustainability, function and form perfectly together.
